I take the grates care in ensuring that you have the correct size of ring. Please take the advice and request the ring sizing kit.

A majority of rings on this website are MADE TO ORDER, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns.

If, for some reason you feel the ring does not fit properly, please contact me to see what can be done. I will always do my best. Materials like Tantalum can be sized. Some of the Carbon Fibre rings can go up in size.

If you have not had the ring engraved in some circumstances I may be able to exchange or remake the ring but please understand I'm not always able to do this. It takes a long time and care to make each ring.

If you would like to see a ring before it is made, generally I keep a sample of each ring. Order the ring and size and in the notes to seller at checkout, request a sample along with sizing kit be sent.

Should you not like the ring (I've not refunded any yet :-)  )I will give a refund minus my postage costs. (you will also be responsible for returning the sample and kit at you own cost).

I hope you can understand why it is not possible to just refund on perfectly fine rings that have taken a long time to craft. As always if you have any questions or worries before ordering, please message me.
